We employ a team of highly skilled, qualified engineers that cover the region for all our maintenance calls. Together with complete stock replacement hardware, we provide a technical support service that is second to none.The maintenance cover incorporates Monday to Friday between the hours of 0800 to 1700 excluding public and bank holidays. The response time is 4 hours for major faults (complete or partial failure to central processing units) and minor faults (individual handsets faults). We offer over-the-phone technical support and also provide an annual system “Health Check” where one of our high trained engineers will visit your premises
